Here’s what’s included:

Survey & consultation

We come to your home, take accurate measurements, check the project qualifies under PD rules, and answer any early questions.

Design & planning

We create detailed, scaled drawings of your proposed extension and discuss all options with you. Want to change something? No problem! It’s all included.

Submission

We’ll submit an application for a Lawful Development Certificate to your local council to confirm your extension is officially permitted.

Building regulations

You’ll get full building regulations drawings, approved by building control and ready for construction.

With approvals in place and drawings sorted, your builder has everything they need to get started.
