Double storey wraparound extension & garage conversion
The brief
Design and gain planning permission for a double storey side and rear extension to create a large open plan kitchen diner, separate home office and master bedroom with dressing room and en suite.
Our design
The goal was to create a fully open plan living, kitchen and dining space with plenty of natural light and great flow through the space. With two large steels installed and a roof lantern, we were able to create an airy, contemporary feel.
High-end finish
With a series of high-end features including pop-up sockets on the kitchen island and LED lighting on the in the lounge, along with marble counter tops, this project has a luxurious finish throughout.
The result
A beautiful hardwood staircase was designed and installed to link the downstairs living area to the newly created suite upstairs. An opulent feature light above the stairs brings a touch of timeless elegance. The result is a stunning entrance hall that impresses with its warm and impactful design.
