Rustic oak front porch (planning permission)

Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire

This client came to us looking to add a rustic oak porch to the front of their property. The resultant design is spacious and well suited to the client's needs.

This one sailed through planning and was building control exempt, and apart from some tricky work with the foundations due to the close proximity of a cellar, it was a smooth process.

A porch is the perfect solution for many who want to add a little space as well as increase the value of their property. Especially if it ends up looking like this!
