A recent bungalow renovation we designed, which includes a small side extension and internal alterations.

This client was keen to save as much money as possible on the build of the extension, preferring to spend the majority of his budget on the internal renovation and finishing ie. the kitchen and bathroom. So, we designed a simple, cost-effective extension, focusing our efforts on the internal layouts, and making the best use of the existing space.
